Spolmont is a supplier of abrasive blasting materials. Own warehouses and transportation of abrasives directly to the customer solve the delivery requirements quickly and operationally. Our testing centre and many years of experience help our customers to choose high quality abrasive material.
However, that's only how it starts; we offer a lot more - a professional approach to adjusting and setting up your blasting machine with an evaluation of the abrasive parameters. As the official distributor of the WINOA GROUP Group, we use evaluation charts and documents to display and determine the optimal materials that will save your blasting costs and ensure high blasting quality and speed.
Through our company, new, most advanced types of abrasives - blends that make your equipment even more powerful than standard blends, can be applied, all of them being tested, monitored, and continually evaluated.
So do not observe the price only, but accept the added value that our products and services offer.

STEEL GRIT (GH, GL, GP)
Steel sharp-edged grit is produced by crushing specially heat-treated granulate grains. It is used for surface cleaning and treatment. This material is optimal for most applications that use blasting, using the compressed air blasting, but according to the newest research and results, sharp-edged grit is more suitable and economical even for machines with blasting wheels - in these cases, it is necessary to consult with the sales department. The main feature of this product is mainly the blasting speed and its perfect blasting capability - better anchoring profile for colour applications than for the granulate.
Steel grit is produced in three hardnesses:
1) GH - 62-67 HRC
2) GL - 54-59 HRC
3) GP - 45-52 HRC

STEEL GRANULATE (S) - STEEL BALLS (SHOTS)
Round steel granulate - type S is made of specially modified stainless steel. It has a fine, homogeneous structure of tempered martensite that shows optimal Reflective elasticity and resistance to material fatigue. This material is optimal for most applications that use blasting, using blasting wheels. The properties of this product, especially its durability and impact resistance, allow maximum cleaning performance at optimal cost.

The abrasive is supplied on pallets in 1 t packages (smaller packages can be agreed, the smallest quantity is 25 Kg)
CORUNDUM (ALUMINIUM OXIDE)
Artificial brown corundum is used due to its characteristic properties - high rigidity and hardness. It is used for blasting in blasting cabins and halls with abrasive recycling. Corundum can be recycled many times, thereby significantly reducing blasting costs. Other factions are available upon agreement.
Corundum blasting is fast and it is mainly used in injector blasting cabins (compared to steel abrasive it is very light, but very aggressive to the blasting product).

STEEL ABRASIVE (STELUX C A STELUX CN)
Stelux stainless steel is recommended for surface cleaning, pre-treatment and refining of non-metallic materials, steel castings and forgings. Blasting with steel abrasive is much more environmentally friendly than garnet or silicon oxide. Stainless steel abrasive is fully recyclable and respects the environmental and work place requirements. Rounded abrasive is designed for blasting machines with blasting wheels.

ZIRBLAST - CERAMIC ABBRASIVE FOR BLASTING
Zirblast is ceramic abrasive. These melted ceramic micro-beads are denser than glass abrasive, thus providing greater efficiency and lower density than steel abrasive, so that no surface deformation occurs. Recommended for use in cleaning moulds, shot peenig, suitable for surface treatment (cleaning, final treatment of smooth surface, deburring, trowelling, polishing), removal of paints, lacquers, cleaning of stainless steel materials used in the food industry).
