BLASTING HOSES

The blasting hose is a special hose that delivers abrasive material under pressure. There are more quality hoses in the market, but our company uses only blasting hoses, which have a high life, good flexibility and less weight, and which we have tested ourselves in our blasting equipment , so that they are chosen based on our own experience. These parameters help to maximum effectiveness of work

Blast hoses are held in stock in the most used sizes of 13 / 27mm, 19 / 33mm, 25 / 39mm, 32 / 48mm and 48 / 56mm. Blasting hoses are manufactured and held on stock in 40m coils and are delivered in required lengths with the possibility of extending multiple hoses with jaw couplings. This allows making hoses of any length.

BLASTING CONTROL HOSE TO THE JAWS

The control air hose is used to control blasting. Most often it is attached to the blasting hose and connects the control pliers with the main air valve. It is double-skinned with a diameter of 2 * 6,3 mm and manufactured and stock held in coils of 50m. Supplied in required lengths with the possibility of extending more hoses with metal quick connectors. This allows a hose of any length.

AIR HOSE TO THE PROTECTIVE MASK

The air hose to the protective mask is used to transport clean air from the activated charcoal filter to the protective mask. The air hose is manufactured and stock held in 50m coils and is delivered in required lengths with the possibility of extending more hoses with metal quick couplings. This allows a hose of any length.

JAWS FOR BLASTING

The control pliers are used to remotely control the blasting process. These pliers are a basic control and safety feature that should not be missed in the blast unit assembly. They ensure safe remote switching on / off of the main air valve. They are installed at the end of the blasting hose, near the nozzle.

NOZZLE

The nozzle is a very important element in the blasting system because it causes acceleration of the abrasive. It is very important to use the nozzle for high performance and service life, as compressed air consumption is the most expensive item for blasting.

Ask us for the lifetime of the nozzles used by you and take care of the timely replacement of the nozzle, as this will only make your blasting effective. As soon as the nozzle exceeds its service life, the internal leak begins to deform and the abrasive begins to slow down.

You will therefore consume much more blasting air => increasing operating costs!

As the nozzle diameter increases, the bending performance increases with pressure, the nozzle is an important part of the accessory, and therefore you should pay extra attention when choosing the nozzle. NOZZLE HOLDER

It is a junction hose and nozzle joint. Quality PU material ensures long service life. On one side, the nozzle holder is simply attached to the blasting hose and fixed with the attached screws. On the other hand, the bracket is equipped with a 50 mm coarse thread that is compatible for mounting different nozzle diameters. Nozzle holders are available in different sizes.

PROTECTIVE MASK FOR BLASTING

It is a protective element used by the operator in air-jet blasting. All our protective products are supplied in complete composition, ie. Incl. Protective vests, connecting air hose, regulating valve, neck sleeve and labels. By selecting the mask correctly, you can increase the performance of the worker. From our years of experience, we recommend a NOVA 3 protective mask featuring high comfort, low weight, great visibility and high noise elimination ! The NOVA 3 mask can also be equipped with LED illumination or a radio-communications system that adds more security to the worker. For hygienic reasons, each worker should have a protective mask. The protective mask comes with a "bisonyl" vest, a hose with a control valve, a neck sleeve and labels. For hygienic reasons, each operator should wear a protective mask. As protective clothing under the mask we recommend leather nylon / cotton overal (TP 11).

FILTER WITH ACTIVE COIL

It serves to filter the supply air to the protective mask. The filter is connected to the compressed air supply and is connected to the protective mask. It is an important part of the worker's protective equipment.

The AF filter is fitted with a replaceable charcoal insert that needs to be changed regularly to ensure air quality and cleanliness. An innovative filter with a larger charcoal charge ensures longer life and saves more frequent cartridge replacement.

COUPLINGS TO CONNECT HOSES

Jaw couplings are used to connect hoses. They are supplied in two types

1. with thread for mounting on a blasting unit
2. without thread for fitting the hose

VORTEX AIR CONDITION

It is a reliable helper for "heating" and "cooling" the supply air to the protective mask. The VORTEX air conditioning unit is built on a simple principle of airflow and without the need for additional operating costs. It is attached to the protective mask belt and regulates the temperature in a temperature gradient of + - 15 ° C.

Ensure your bladder operator is more comfortable, and the operator will reward you with higher performance.

LEATHER OVERALL FOR BLASTING

Combined durable bumper overal (in open areas with high quality leather) is available in sizes 54 - 60 and is a suitable supplement, especially in blasting boxes, where abrasives are reflected during blasting. It is part of the personal protection of the blasting machine operator.

Do not underestimate the right size of the compressor unit. It is not only about quantity but also quality of the air Today's modern compressors save your costs. Please contact us prior buying a new blasting unit, we will help you to choose appropriate compressor for your needs.

* Min. requirement for the operation of blasting box incl. filtering device is 275 m3/hour. In this case, however, it is only possible to use an internal nozzle Ø 6.4 mm and a blasting hose of internal Ø 25 mm. In the most frequent cases, however, the proposed capacity of the compressor with is about 400-470 m3 / hour. In this case, more types and Ø of nozzles can be used and blasting becomes more efficient. When blasting large areas, such as steel containers, wagons, etc., the compressed air consumption is always custom made according to the requirements of a particular customer.

When the nozzle is worn, the air consumption at the given pressure increases.
