BLASTING OF PIPES, COLUMNS AND PROPANE-BUTANE TANKS

These blasting machines are used for blasting pipes, coluns and also propane-butane bottles. They are produced in a large number of sizes and performance variants, corresponding to customer requirements.

Blasting machines are equipped with a special type of conveyor that moves and at the same time rotates round material. Thanks to this solution, it is possible to install smaller number of blasting turbines with better results on surface cleanliness. By this solution we also achieve significant cost savings, compared to blasting machines with roller conveyor, etc.

Our equipment is distinguished by the possibility of adding accessories; according to the blasted parts it is possible to install a special rectifier from an abrasion-resistant material which optimizes the blasting jet from the turbines to the right spot - thanks to that, there is significant saving of the internal cabin lining as well as acceleration of the blasting process.
