SUSPENDED CONTINUOUS BLASTING MACHINES
Suspended blasting machines allow continuous blasting of products suspended on the suspension conveyor using suspension frames with variable length and type of the hanger.
Larger types of continuous blasting machines allow blasting of large structures on the hangers. The hangers are driven by a standard continuous conveyor, but it can also be automated - e.g. by a power & free (P & F) conveyor and linked to other surface treatment technologies.
The continuous suspended blasting machine is always designed to achieve economical operation with the optimization of the positioning of the blasting wheels. The part is thus continuously blasted at all angles and angles. By setting the blasting turbines and their design, the optimal blasting of the entire surface of the part is ensured by the desired parameters (purity Sa or surface roughness Rz).

Additionally, these continuous suspended blasting machines are often complemented by a blowing or manual blasting cabin. By installing this cabin, it is ensured that the products are more precisely blasted or cleaned, if they have more complex shapes.
SUSPENDED BLASTING MACHINES WITH "Y", "O", OR "I" TRACK
Suspended blasting machines are produced in a large number of sizes and performance variants, corresponding to customer requirements.
These are the most universal blasting machines. Thanks to their wide range and high performance they are used not only for few-piece production but also for serial production. They are used in the fields such as:
- manufacture of steel structures and welded parts
- aluminium sector
- automotive sector
- many other sectors
The automatic above-standard feature of our blasting machines is the installation of pneumatically-opened / closed doors. Everything is controlled automatically upon start, with the possibility of switching to manual mode.
These blasting machines are most often equipped with one or two hooks to which one or more smaller parts are suspended so as to maximize the space of the machine cabin.
If heavier parts are blasted, the blasting machines can be equipped with an el. controlled hoist. It is equipped with drives for the lift, run, and rotation. Thanks to this hoist, the blasting machine becomes easier to operate and thus its production increases.
When installing a blasting machine into a foundry with the occurrence of foundry sand on castings, the blasting machine is also equipped with a two-stage magnetic separator to remove undesirable sand, which dramatically reduces the lifetime of not only the turbines but all parts of the machine.
If blasting is required on parts vulnerable to deformations, it is possible to equip the blasting machine with a frequency converter of the blasting wheels that will reduce the blasting force.
